Welcome to Shell's Skinsations ...Handmade Soaps!!




 Handmade Soaps using only the finest skin-loving oils, butters, essential and fragrance oils, made the "Old Fashioned Way".  I use the cold process method of soap making. All my soap is made in small batches and left to cure for 4-6 weeks, ensuring a good, hard bar that will last you a long time, when stored correctly.  For best results, handcrafted soaps should be stored out of standing water, preferably in a slotted or draining soap dish.

If you have never tried hand made soap before, you really need to give it a try.  You will never go back to buying commercial soap again.  Commercial "soap" is loaded with detergents and surfactants, and in the end what you are getting is less a bar of soap and more of a bar of chemicals.  Do you really want that all over your body?  My soaps are super moisturizing with a great lather, and I use a bar from each batch myself before making it available for purchase, as well as pH testing with high quality short-range pH paper.
